It captures waves of electronics, voices, taiko (Japanese drums), gongs, and other instruments as the sounds enter, entwine, and meld in the mountain air.\u003cbr\u003eThe title ‘On-myaku Kyo-myaku’ evokes sounds (on) and echoes (kyo) that undulate like a pulse (myaku).\u003cbr\u003eLayering upon one another, over and over, conjuring reverberations, rhythms, ambient sound, noise, and moments that are tribal, spacey, and intoxicating.
